Research On The Planning And Design Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Improvement In Shangqiu City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Shangqiu City is located in the eastern part of Henan Province,through which the Yellow River passes,is one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of rural living standards in Shangqiu,the rural living environment of Shangqiu is also changing.However,the economic development of some rural areas is relatively slow,and the living environment of villages needs to be improved.The author in 2018 consecutive participated in the "thousand village demonstration" project of henan rural planning research,a think-tank,henan association for science and technology project of problems facing the rural residential environment comprehensive improvement of the Yellow River basin in henan province are faced with the problem and countermeasures research projects,such as visits to the exercises of most of the village,analysis summary shangqiu problems of rural living environment,and puts forward some countermeasures.On this basis,the research of this topic is derived.The research content of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly reviews the relevant research at home and abroad,finds the deficiency of the current relevant research and determines the direction of the subject research.The second part mainly analyzes and evaluates the current situation of rural human settlement environment in Shangqiu City,constructs an evaluation system,and uses AHP weight optimization to analyze the current situation of planning and design of rural human settlement environment improvement in Shangqiu City.The third part summarizes the existing problems in the planning and design of the improvement of rural human settlement environment in Shangqiu City,namely: the lack of residential space function,the unreasonable industrial layout,the destruction of ecological balance,the gradual dilution of cultural traditions,the sluggish development of village economy and so on.The fourth part mainly proposes countermeasures for the existing problems in the planning and design of the improvement of rural human settlement environment in Shangqiu City,namely,improving the function of village living space,rationally distributing the village industrial structure,strengthening the rural ecological protection,inherits and carries forward the rural culture,and improving the rural economic development.The fifth part mainly takes the improvement planning and design of human settlement environment of Balitang Village,Jiazhai Town,Yucheng County,Shangqiu City as an example,verifies the previous research results in practice,and provides a reference for the future improvement planning and design of rural human settlement environment in Shangqiu City.The innovation of this paper: at present,relevant experts and scholars start from different research fields and carry out researches on rural human settlement environment from different entry points,but the researches are still in fragmentation.Taking rural revitalization as the entry point,this paper constructed the evaluation system of the current situation of rural human settlement environment in Shangqiu City,and carried out an overall study on the problems and countermeasures faced by the planning and design of rural human settlement environment improvement in Shangqiu City,so as to boost rural revitalization.This is still rare at present,is the innovation of this article.
