Study On Improvement Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Based On Villagers’ Satisfaction

The improvement of rural living environment is the first battle that must be successfully fought in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.It has a direct bearing on the happiness of rural residents and the overall situation of building a beautiful China.In recent years,the Chinese government has continuously launched documents related to rural living environment,and local governments have responded to actively promote the construction of new countryside and accelerate the improvement of rural living environment.In the past three years,the rural living environment has been significantly improved,the villages have taken on a new look,infrastructure has been improved,and the quality of life of villagers has generally improved.However,there are certain problems in the practice process.Most of the remediation schemes of rural living environment are finalized by government staff and experts on the basis of previous experience.The "cooky-cutter" remediation mode indicates that the government lacks reasonable planning and has obvious disorder and rigidity in the remediation process.Secondly,as the actual beneficiaries of rural living environment,the degree of satisfaction of villagers to the rural living environment after renovation can reflect the improvement effect of rural living environment.Therefore,from the perspective of villagers,it is of great practical significance to study the improvement strategies of rural human settlement environment.This paper first defines the concept of human settlement environment,rural human settlement environment,rural human settlement environment remediation,and then introduces the theoretical basis of this paper.Based on the demand level theory and the theory of theatre,rural living environment regulation after the villagers satisfaction evaluation can be divided into living needs,security needs,social needs and spiritual needs four dimensions,will affect the rural residential environment factors can be divided into the village villagers satisfaction after the renovation of characteristics,the villagers’ status and functions of the government and cadres four dimensions.And then through a structural equation model to verify the state of the villagers,the functions of the government and cadres quality affected villagers satisfaction respectively,also draws the path coefficient of villagers satisfaction evaluation model,using the weight coefficient calculation formula for the villagers,satisfaction of each evaluation index weight value,by the weighted average can calculate the actual after the renovation of villagers satisfaction.Then,with the help of BP neural network computer platform,a prediction model was constructed,which took the influencing factors of villager satisfaction as the input value and villager satisfaction as the output value,and the predicted villager satisfaction was compared with the actual villager satisfaction after renovation,successfully verifying the feasibility of the prediction model.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the improvement strategy of rural living environment improvement is proposed from two aspects.First,according to the relationship between the importance degree(weight)of the evaluation index of villagers’ satisfaction and satisfaction degree,the improvement content of rural human settlements environment is divided into urgent improvement area,secondary improvement area,main advantage area and secondary advantage area,and the improvement sequence of rural human settlements environment is determined and corresponding measures are proposed.Secondly,by adjusting the influencing factors of villagers’ satisfaction in the prediction model,the change of villagers’ satisfaction after the change of government functions is analyzed.On this basis,the optimization strategy of government functions in the improvement of rural human settlements environment is proposed from the aspects of government governance level,financial subsidies,supervision,administrative transparency and publicity and education.The results of this paper reveal that villager status,government function and cadre quality can affect villager satisfaction,and successfully predict the satisfaction degree of villagers after the improvement of rural human settlement environment.Finally,the improvement strategy is put forward.On the one hand,the planning focus of governance is clarified to realize the rational allocation of resources.On the other hand,the optimization strategy of government functions in the process of remediation is analyzed,which can provide reference for the government to formulate remediation action plan in the future.
