| In the development process of economic globalization and economic integration,human resources play a vital role in achieving technological breakthroughs,expanding emerging industries,and promoting innovative development in key areas.Human resources have gradually become the first resource and wealth for the economic development of countries and regions in the world.Especially in county-level cities with a small population and an insufficient proportion of talents,the introduction of high-quality talents is an important measure to effectively solve the shortage of talents and development constraints of local enterprises and institutions.It is vital to continue to promote the overall development of Jing’an County and provide talent support.This thesis takes the introduction of talents in Jing’an County in recent years as subjects.We used survey samples of 696 talents in Jing’an County to explored the basic status,needs and satisfaction of talents and deficiencies of talent introduction in recent years.We found that talent introduction policy propaganda is not enough,potential for talent development is insufficient,the degree of talent working satisfaction is low in many aspects,and talent value economic factors than non-economic factors such as scientific research and education.The improvement suggestions mainly include: intensify publicity and smooth communication channels;attach importance to the protection and development of talents,improve supporting policies and development platforms;improve the talent development environment,and optimize the salary management for the introduction of talents.Attach importance of science and education,and achieve the unity of economic and social benefits. |
