Research On The Development Model Of Embedded Public Cultural Services Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization,culture first.Traditional government "flood irrigation" public cultural service supply is easy to fall into the dilemma of "suspension",while embedded public cultural service can effectively improve the efficiency of rural public cultural service by combining local government’s initiative and precision "culture delivery" with local "internal cultural power".However,in the development of embedded public cultural services,there exist such fragmented problems as "emphasizing practice,undervaluing theory","emphasizing case promotion,undervaluing experience extraction".Summarizing,refining and theorizing the development mode of embedded public cultural service has become an urgent problem to be solved in the implementation of rural culture revitalization strategy.Based on this,this thesis takes 12 typical cases of embedded public cultural services and news reports under China’s rural revitalization strategy as the basis,deconstructs and codes the cases by applying the grounded theory,analyzes the basic characteristics of the development mode of embedded public cultural services,and summarizes and extracts five development modes of embedded public cultural services.On this basis,and suggestions are put forward to further guarantee the effectiveness of embedded public cultural services.Specifically,this thesis first defines the concept and related theories of public culture,public cultural service and embedded public cultural service.Secondly,it carries out research design,selects 12 cases and introduces them one by one.Then,it generalizes and simulates the development mode of embedded public cultural service,and conducts sample deconstruction and saturation test of the cases.This thesis summarizes the components,characteristics and development framework of embedded public cultural services and summarizes the five modes respectively.Finally,according to the development status of the five modes,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the effectiveness of embedded public cultural service.The results of this thesis show that: First of all,embedded public cultural services,based on local culture,change the situation of centralized and single management and service space in traditional public cultural services in the past,and embed various elements such as public cultural service function,position,and main body into the existing rural fixed space service supply system.Promoting the transformation of rural public cultural services to organizational governance diversification,cultural supply characteristics and spatial structure facilitation has become an effective way to supply public cultural services at the present stage.Secondly,through the application of grounded theory analysis of multiple cases.There are five development modes,namely the human-oriented embedded public cultural service development mode and the land-supported embedded development mode-type public cultural service development mode,embedded public cultural service development mode with literature as the carrier,based on industry.The development mode of basic embedded public cultural services and the development mode of scene-based embedded public cultural services;Finally,from the scope of application,development Comparing and verifying the basis and effect,the differences of the five modes are obtained.According to the results of theoretical analysis,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of "embedded" public cultural service from five aspects: one is to improve the talent team by rooted demand;Second,the emphasis on the cultural position into the life scene;Third,focus on embedding characteristic culture to shape the soul of the countryside;Fourth,focus on embedding cultural industry into cultural supply;Fifth,the characteristic landscape is embedded into cultural services.
