Research On The Satisfaction Degree Of Rural Residents In Chengdu And Its Influencing Factors Under The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

Improving the unified urban and rural social insurance system is an important part of establishing and perfecting the system,mechanism and policy system of urban and rural integrated development.The realistic picture of rural residents’ satisfaction with medical insurance and its influencing factors is the empirical support for its perfection.This paper takes Chengdu Rural residents as the research object,and collects 700 questionnaires(560 of which are valid)on the topic of rural residents’ satisfaction,and obtains corresponding interview data.Through descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity test analysis,satisfaction evaluation analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis,this paper obtains the overall situation of satisfaction and its influencing factors.The results showed that:(1)As far as the satisfaction degree of rural residents medical insurance is concerned,Overall satisfaction tends to be "Satisfaction".The cognitive aspects of insurance,The propaganda depth of outpatient medical insurance needs to be improved,and the satisfaction degree of individual payment is different,the differences are concentrated among patients who are older or have long-term health care costs and those who are occasionally ill,and those who are in poor health want to increase individual contributions to health insurance as a way to increase reimbursement rates;Reimbursement policy,The proportion of reimbursement is still the most concerned and sensitive issue among rural residents,which can directly affect the overall satisfaction of health insurance and play a decisive role,and the satisfaction of reimbursable drugs and reimbursable materials is polarized,the reason lies in individual differences in actual reimbursement,objections to the start pay line mainly exist in patients undergoing chemotherapy;Medical institutions,medical expenses and self-financed informed disclosure had a greater impact on satisfaction,this shows that the income of rural residents is generally low,The sensitivity to medical cost is higher than the medical level,and hope to use the medical expenses within the scope of reimbursement as far as possible on the self-expense notice,patients who had the habit of physical examination were more satisfied than those who did not,The interview found that the reimbursement procedure and assessment of long-term care insurance were not good.(2)As far as the influencing factors of rural residents satisfaction with medical insurance are concerned,The overall satisfaction of outpatient medical insurance was significantly correlated with the actual reimbursement rate,age,sex,income and whether to buy commercial insurance,The general satisfaction of hospitalization medical insurance was significantly related to the proportion of total reimbursement,the proportion of drug reimbursement,the proportion of material reimbursement,age and the habit of physical examination.Combined with empirical analysis and supplementary research,the improvement of rural residents’ satisfaction with medical insurance can focus on the following aspects:(1)Strengthen the publicity of medical insurance and enhance the popularity of reimbursement policies.(2)Set up special supplementary insurance for the elderly and seriously ill patients.(3)Adjust the starting line for patients undergoing malignant tumor surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy.(4)The medical examination expenses of rural residents shall be covered by medical insurance.(5)Optimize the identification method and reimbursement process of long-term care insurance.
