Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the feasibility of clinical application of this study method by observing the clinical effect of three-dimensional balanced positive spine technique in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain,in order to provide a new objective basis for clinical three-dimensional balanced positive spine treatment of this disease, and to develop new therapeutic ideas for the clinical treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were selected from the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Neck,Shoulder and Waist and Leg Pain,Shandong First Medical University, and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with 3D balanced positive spine technology, and patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and massage,a course of 5 days. The changes of clinical observation rating table and surface myoelectric score before and after 1 course of treatment were observed in the two groups. After 1 course of treatment, the clinical efficacy was compared and analyzed, and follow-up was conducted at an interval of 3 days. Results:Compared with before and after treatment,VAS pain score,Japanese Orthopaedic Society Low Back Pain Evaluation Scale(JOA),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),surface electromyography mean Power frequency(MPF)and integrated electromyography(IEMG)after treatment were significantly improved in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had more advantages in pain relief(VAS)and functional impairment improvement(JOA,ODI)(P<0.05),and the values of surface electromyography mean power frequency(MPF)and integrated electromyography(IEMG)in the observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was 100%,the clinical cure rate of the observation group was 29.63%,and the clinical cure rate of the control group was 15.38%,indicating that the treatment was effective in both groups, and the clinical cure status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. After a course of treatment, patients were followed up at an interval of 3 days.Through comparison of VAS,JO A and ODI,the follow-up VAS of the two groups were not comparable, considering that the sample size and the short distance from the follow-up time node to the treatment stage were related to the comparability of JOA and ODI scores between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that after the treatment, the results showed that the patients were not comparable. The recovery of observation group was better than control group in short term. Conclusion:Compared with acupuncture and massage therapy,3D balanced positive spine technique has more advantages in relieving pain, correcting lumbar function, relieving muscle spasm and improving muscle fatigue, and is worthy of clinical promotion and further study. |
