Objective: To compare the three dimensional balanced positive ridge technique with the conventional massage technique with acupuncture and simple acupuncture. The clinical effects of three methods were evaluated by analyzing the visual simulation score of neck and shoulder, cervical dysfunction index, and cervical spondylosis after 3 treatment sessions. To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of three-dimensional balanced positive ridge technique combined with acupuncture in the treatment of CSR.Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups by the random number table method.Among them, the observation group: 30 cases, using three-dimensional balanced positive ridge technique with acupuncture treatment, acupoint neck Ridge,Tianzhu,Houxi,Shenmai, hanging Bell, hand Sanli,Shaohai.Control group 1: 30 cases, the use of conventional massage techniques combined with acupuncture treatment, acupoint selection with observation group.Control group 2: simple use of acupuncture treatment, acupoint selection and operation of the same two groups. The diagnosis and evaluation of the efficacy of three groups of patients were carried out with reference to the diagnostic criteria of CMS and CSR in the proceedings of the second session of the conference on cervical spondylosis.Using the neck and shoulder visual simulation score(VAS),the cervical dysfunction index(NDI),and the cervical spondylosis treatment score score, the symptoms and signs of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were comprehensively scored.Comparison of cervical spine functional improvement and pain relief. Results: The VAS score and NDI score decreased significantly after the treatment of three groups of patients. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of treatment of cervical spondylosis was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical treatment was effective in all three groups of patients, and the clinical recovery rate and efficiency were higher in the observation group than in the two control groups(P< 0.05).The results of VAS score,NDI score and cervical spondylosis were significantly different in the group after the treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1(P<0.001)and control 2 groups(P=0.042);There was no difference between the VAS score after the treatment of control group 1 and the control group 2(P=0.069).The NDI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1(P=0.036)and the control group 2(P<0.001);The NDI of control group 1 was lower than that of control group 2(P=0.010).The results of cervical spondylosis treatment after treatment were higher than those of control group 1(P=0.047)and control group 2(P<0.001);The score of cervical spondylosis after the treatment of control group 1 was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion: 1.In the group before and after the treatment, three groups of treatment methods have achieved better results. In the intergroup comparison, the observation group was more effective than the two control groups.2.In the group before and after treatment, the three groups of treatments effectively improved the cervical spine function and also greatly improved the treatment performance of cervical spondylosis. In the intergroup comparison, the observation group was significantly superior to the two control groups in the improvement of cervical spine function and the improvement of cervical spondylosis treatment performance.3.In the group before and after treatment, all three groups of treatments were effective in relieving neck and shoulder pain, and all had analgesic effect. In the intergroup comparison, the analgesic effect of the observation group was superior to that of the two control groups, and it had significant curative effect.
