Clinical Study Of Tongdu Spine Surgery Combined With Balance Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Acute Lumbar Sprain

Objective: To compare the difference of curative effect between Tongdu spine surgery combined with balance acupuncture and balance acupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain,so as to provide new clinical thinking and method for acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods: From January to December 2017,60 patients with acute lumbar sprain were included in the massage clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shanxi.They were randomly divided into test group(30 cases were treated by Tongdu spine surgery combined with balance acupuncture)and 30 cases of control group(using balanced acupuncture).1 times a day,3 times a course,a total of one course of treatment.Before and after treatment,VAS score was used to evaluate the degree of low back pain,ROM score was used to evaluate the range of lumbar in two groups,and RMDQ score was used to evaluate lumbar dysfunction.SPSS22.0 medical statistics software was used to do statistical analysis.The differences of two interventions in improving the clinical efficacy of patients were compared,analyzed and discussed.Result:1.The general conditions(BMI,gender,age,course of disease)and the related indicators of the degree of response to the disease(VAS,RMDQ,and ROM scores)of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The baseline data of the two groups of data were comparable.2.VAS score : For the first time the and after treatment,two patients were treated with VAS score group comparison,P values are less than 0.01,show that the two methods are to reduce the waist pain in the short term;After the first treatment,the VAS scores were compared between the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that the immediate analgesic effect of the test group was stronger than the control group.Before and after a course of treatment,two groups of data VAS scores were compared in groups,and the value of P was less than0.01,indicating that all two treatments could significantly reduce the degree of pain in the patient's waist.After a course of treatment,the VAS scores were compared between the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that the analgesic effect of the test group was better than the control group.3.RMDQ score: before and after a course of treatment,the two groups were compared in the RMDQ score group,and the P value was less than 0.01,indicating that the two treatment methods could reduce the degree of lumbar dysfunction;after a course of treatment,the RMDQ scores were compared between the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that the test group was better than the control group.4.ROM score: before and after a course of treatment,two groups of ROM scores were compared and the P values were all less than 0.01,indicating that all two treatments could obviously improve the lumbar activity of the patients;after a course of treatment,the ROM scores of the two groups were compared,P<0.01,but the test group had a better advantage than the control group.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the test group was96.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.7%.There was a difference between the two groups by rank sum test,P<0.05.The curative effect of Tongdu spine surgery combined with balanced acupuncture was better than the simple balanced acupuncture.Conclusion:1.This study confirmed that the use of Tongdu spine surgery combined with balance acupuncture and simple balance acupuncture treatment of acute lumbar sprain curative effect,two patients with acute lumbar sprain can effectively alleviate waist pain,improve lumbar activity and dysfunction,and unblocking spine surgery combined with balance acupuncture effect was more significant.
