Objective:to observe the clinical effect of bladder massage combined with acupuncture of lumbar pain point on acute lumbar sprain,guide the dialectical classification of acute lumbar sprain,and enrich the treatment methods of acute lumbar sprainMethods:60 cases of acute lumbar sprain admitted to the spinal massage department of wuxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from April to December 2019 were collected,among which 37 were males and 23 were females.According to the method of random number table,the collected cases were divided into treatment group 1(meridian massage+acupuncture group),treatment group 2(acupuncture group)and control group(routine massage group),with 20 cases in each group.Treatment group 1 was treated with simultaneous treatment of bladder massage and lumbar pain point acupuncture.The pain point of the waist was obtruded by 0.5 inch from both sides to the middle of the palm,and the needle was retained after the injection to get qi.Treatment group 2 was treated with bladder massage alone.The control group received routine massage treatment.The three groups were treated for the same time for 3 consecutive days.VAS score,ROM score,ODI index and related efficacy evaluation indexes were recorded before treatment,after the first treatment and after the third treatment.SPSS 22.0 software was used for analysis.Results:there were 2 exfoliated patients in the experiment,and the final count was 20 patients in the treatment group 1(meridian massage+acupuncture group),19 patients in the treatment group 2(acupuncture group)and 19 patients in the control group(routine massage group)Before treatment:there was no significant difference between the three groups in the basic data and each observation index,and p>0.05 showed comparability.After the first treatment:compared within the group,VAS score,ROM score and ODI index in the three groups were all improved compared with those before treatment(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in the three groups could improve symptoms.Comparison of VAS scores between groups:treatment group 1<treatment group 2<control group,p<0.05,indicating that the analgesic effect of treatment group 1 is better than that of treatment group 2 is better than that of control group;Comparison of ROM score:treatment group 1<treatment group 2<control group,p<0.05,indicating that treatment group 1 is better than treatment group 2 is better than control group in terms of improvement of activity;Comparison of ODI index:treatment group 1<treatment group 2<control group,p<0.05,indicating that treatment group 1 is better than treatment group 2 than control group in terms of improving life quality.After 3 times of treatment:VAS score,ROM score and ODI index in the three groups were improved compared with those before and after the first treatment(p<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Comparison of VAS score,ROM score and ODI index among the three groups indicated that:treatment group 1<treatment group 2<control group,p<0.05,indicating the improvement effect of pain,activity and quality of life of patients after 3 times of treatment:treatment group 1 was better than treatment group 2 was better than control groupEfficacy evaluation:treatment group 1:3 cases were cured for the first time,7 cases were cured finally,12 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 95%;Treatment group 2:1 case was cured for the first time,4 cases were cured finally,12 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 84%.Control group:0 cases were cured for the first time,2 cases were cured finally,12 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 74%.Total effective rate:treatment group I>treatment group 2>control group,p<0.05.Conclusion:the therapeutic effect of treating acute lumbar sprain by bladder massage is better than that of conventional massage,and the treatment of acute lumbar sprain by bladder massage combined with acupuncture on lumbar pain point can better improve the symptoms,improve the quality of life,and the curative effect is more significant.
