Objective: Our country to study the risk factors of diabetic obese in plain area is more,but for 2261 meters above sea level in the Xining region obesity related risk factors of diabetic study is less,this study through the detection of Xining region group,type 2 diabetes type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity group and normal glucose tolerance in obese group and healthy serum zinc alpha 2 protein and retinal pigment-1,The levels of serum zinc α2 protein and Omentin-1 were compared with other general biochemical indexes in each group,Find out what causes obesity and type 2 diabetes and guide the prevention of diabetes and obesity in the region.Methods: From 2020.12 to 2021.12,There were aitogether 117 patients in the inpatient department and outpatient department of Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital,and they were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The 117 subjects were divided into four groups according to the Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China(2020 Edition)and the diagnostic criteria for obesity of the Working Group on Obesity in China.There were18 cases in simple obesity group,37 cases in simple type 2 diabetes group,20 cases in healthy group,and 42 cases in type 2 diabetes combined with obesity group.We collected general information and biochemical indexes of subjects and We collected fasting blood glucose,and the serum was placed in an EP tube after centrifugation,and stored in a refrigerator at-80℃.According to relevant literature,we learned that ZAG and retinin-1 were tested by ELESA.Results: In the ZAG study,it was shown that: compared with healthy group,the level of ZAG in type 2 diabetes mellitus group,type 2 diabetes mellitus with obesity group and obesity group was lower than that in healthy group.Compared with diabetes and obesity group,The level of ZAG was higher in diabetes and obesity group.Twofactor ANOVA showed that: There were significant differences in ZAG level in diabetes(P< 0.05)and obesity(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the interaction between diabetes and obesity(P>0.05).The ZAG level of non-diabetic patients was 1211.808ng/ml higher than that of diabetic patients.The ZAG value of non-obese patients was 841.429ng/ml higher than that of obese patients,ZAG level between the four categories,according to the comparison between the two diabetic obesity group and diabetes group and obesity group and healthy controls way,there were significant differences between the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),diabetes mellitus group and healthy group,diabetic obese groups had significant difference,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),There was no significant difference between diabetes group and obesity group(P > 0.05).It indicates that ZAG is associated with diabetes and obesity.In the Omentin-1 study,it was shown that:the level of omentin-1 was the lowest in diabetic group and the highest in healthy control group.In the study of omentin-1,pair comparison showed that there were significant differences between the diabetic group with obesity,the diabetic group,the obese group and the healthy control group,with statistical significance(P <0.01).There were significant differences between diabetes group and healthy group,obesity group and healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01),while there was no significant difference between diabetes group and obesity group(P > 0.01).Correlation analysis showed that,The levels of ZAG and Retinin-1 were negatively correlated with waist circumference,body weight,BMI,FPG,2H-PG,Hb A1 c and TG.It was positively correlated with HDL-C.Conclusion: The research results are roughly the same as plain area.Omentin-1and ZAG showed varying degrees of correlation with waist circumference,body weight,BMI,FPG,2H-PG,Hb A1 c,TG,HDL-C,TC,LDL-C and other related indicators of diabetes and obesity,which play an important role in the pathophysiological process of diabetes and obesity.With the development of disease severity,the levels of ZAG and retinin-1 showed a downward trend,and type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity had a superposition effect on the decreased levels of retinin-1 and ZAG.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the independent influencing factors of serum ZAG were BMI and 2H-PG.The independent influencing factors of omentin-1 were BMI,FPG and 2H-PG. |
