Objective The objective of this paper is to investigate the concentration of Nesfatin-1,Leptin, hs-CRP, TNF-?, Apelin, Visfatin, Vaspin and Omentin-1 and the correlation analysis with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The research randomly selected 96 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes and32 healthy cases in Xinwen Mining Group Laiwu Center Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. According to the state of an illness, the patients were divided into three groups, minimal proteinuria group(33 cases, n ALB <30mg/L), the mild diabetic nephropathy group(35 cases, n ALB 30-300mg/L), and the severe diabetic nephropathy group(28 cases, n ALB >300mg/L).All the 128 cases were detected serum Nesfatin-1,Leptin, TNF- ?, Apelin, Visfatin, Vaspin, Omentin-1 by ELASA and hs-CRP by immunoturbidimetry respectively.Results(1) Comparison with the normal control group, the levels of Nesfatin-1, Leptin and Vaspin of three observation groups in patients were significantly increased, and the difference between groups was significant by statistical analysis(P< 0.05).With the increase of urine protein, the serum levels of Nesfatin-1, Leptin and Vaspin of three observation groups are declined constantly and a significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).(2) Compared with the normal control group, the serum levels of TNF-?, Apelin, Visfatin and hs-CRP of three observation groups were significantly increased, and the difference among groups is significant by statistical analysis(P < 0.05);With the increase of urine protein, the serum levels of TNF-?, Apelin, Visfatin and hs-CRP of three observation groups are elevated constantly and a significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the normal control group, the serum Omentin-1level of three observation groups were significantly decreased, and the difference among groups is significant by statistical analysis(P<0.05); With the increase of urine protein, the serum Omentin-1 level of three observation groups are declined constantly and a significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).(4)Through the analysis of Pearson correlation analysis, there were positive correlations between Nesfatin-1 and Leptin, Vaspin and Leptin, Visfatin and hs-CRP, TNF-? and Apelin, there was negative correlation between Omentin-1 and hs-CRP.Conclusion There were close relationships between the change of the levels of Nesfatin-1, Leptin, Vaspin, TNF-?, Apelin, Visfatin, hs-CRP and Omentin-1 and the occurrence and development of the type 2 diabetic nephropathy. With the disease aggravating, the serum levels of Nesfatin-1, Leptin, Vaspin decrease and the serum levels of TNF-?, Apelin, Visfatin, hs-CRP increased. The continuous reduction of the serum Omentin-1 level lower than the control group. There were positive correlations between Nesfatin-1 and Leptin, Vaspin and Leptin, Visfatin and hs-CRP, TNF-? and Apelin, there was negative correlation between Omentin-1 and hs-CRP in the type 2diabetic nephropathy.
