| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of antagonistic muscle acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulses in the treatment of upper extremity spastic hemiplegia after stroke, and to provide a new treatment plan for the clinical treatment of upper extremity spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods:Under the conditions of meeting the research criteria,60 patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into the antagonistic muscle acupuncture group(30 cases)and the routine acupuncture group(30 cases). In this study, the two groups of patients were given low-frequency pulse stimulation with spasmodic muscle therapy instrument on the basis of conventional treatment, while the conventional acupuncture group was given conventional acupuncture method. The antagonistic muscle acupuncture group adopted the antagonistic muscle acupuncture method, taking Jianli,Jianliao,Tianjing,Quchi,Shousanli,Waiguan, and Baxie for treatment;once a day, after continuous treatment for 6 days, rest for 1 day,A total of 4 weeks of treatment. The study compared the changes of modified Ashworth scale(MAS),simplified Fugl-Meyer score(FMA)of upper extremity, and assessment of activities of daily living(BI index)before and after treatment. And evaluate the clinical efficacy of the patients after treatment, record the adverse reactions in the study, and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the program. Results:A total of 70 cases were included in this study,of which 1 person in the antagonistic muscle acupuncture group dropped out due to the epidemic, and a total of 59 people completed the experimental study. There was no significant difference in age, gender, course of disease, and stroke type between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in upper limb modified Ashworth spasticity classification(MAS),FMA score, and activity of daily living ability(BI index)score between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable. After treatment, the MAS grade,FMA score and BI index were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);and the antagonistic muscle acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group, with significant differences(P<0.05)..After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared, and the total effective rate was 86.21% in the antagonistic muscle acupuncture group and 76.67% in the conventional acupuncture group. The former was significantly better than the latter, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).At the same time, according to the research records, there were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the research process.Conclusion:1.Antagonist muscle acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulses and conventional acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulses are both effective in treating upper limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke.2.Antagonist muscle acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulse can significantly relieve spasticity, improve limb motor function and daily living ability, and the effect is more significant than conventional acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulse. |
