Objective:To evaluate the difference between the two methods in the treatment of patients with paralysis by comparing the low frequency acupoint electrical stimulation combined with electroacupuncture and electro acupuncture in the treatment of stroke.Further study of low frequency acupoint electrical stimulation in improving stroke hemiplegia Of the role,in order to improve the clinical treatment effect, optimize the upper limb treatment program.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into low frequency electro acupuncture group(treatment group),electro acupuncture group(control group),30 patients in each group(relaxation and paralysis 15 cases of paralysis patients). For all the included suffering from neurological basic treatment, rehabilitation training.Electroacupuncture group once a day treatment, each 30 minutes, low frequency acupuncture group daily treatment, the time was 30 minutes.Treatment:7 days a week, once a day, around for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment(28 times),the upper limb joint activity(ROM),the Magnetic Muscle Test(MMT),the daily living activity scale(MBI)and the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score(upper limb)were recorded.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.The Barthel ADL score were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group after the patients with Relaxation paralysis(P<0.01),The treatment group was higher than the control group?2.The ROM score were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group after the patients with Relaxation paralysis(P<0.01),The treatment group was higher than the control group.3.The Fugl-meyer score was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group after the patients with Relaxation paralysis(P<0.01),The treatment group was higher than the control group?4.The Magnetic Muscle Test(MMT)score was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group after the patients with Relaxation paralysis(P<0.01),The treatment group was higher than the control group?Conclusion:1.The two treatment methods are effective in treating upper limb spasticity and relaxation after stroke, and can improve the athlete's ability, daily living ability and joint activity.2.In the improvement of patients' athletic ability, daily living ability and joint activity of low frequency combined with electroacupuncture treatment more effective than the control group.
