| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of penetration needling in Antagonistic muscles combined with standing digital OT for post-stroke patients with upper limb muscle spasticity,aiming to provide new ideas for Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat this disease.MethodsThe 117 patients with spastic paralysis of upper limb after stroke of this study were all from the Acupuncture Rehabilitation Department of Guang dong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,from June 2020 to February 2021.All the patients who met selection criteria,randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group,each group of 39 case.All patients in the three groups received conventional drugs and basic rehabilitation treatment.On this basis,control group 1 was treated with antagonistic muscle penetration acupuncture,control group 2 was treated with standing digital OT,and treatment group was treated with antagonistic muscle penetration acupuncture combined with standing digital OT.Rehabilitation training and antagonistic muscle penetration therapy of the three groups of patients were performed 6 times a week,once a day,30 minutes each time,lasting for 2 weeks.In the treatment group,15min~30min after antagonistic muscle penetration therapy,standing digital OT training was performed for 10 minutes,6 times a week,once a day,lasting for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,compare the differences among upper limb Fugl-Meyer motor function scores,modified Ashworth spasm scale rating and modified Barthel index scores,and the clinical efficacy of the three groups after treatment was statistically analyzed.ResultsOf the 117 patients who met the inclusion criteria,112 cases were actually completed.Among them,2 cases were excluded from the control group 1,2 cases from the control group 2,and 1 case from the treatment group.1.Comparison of baseline data:Before treatment,there were no differences in age,sex,course of disease,nature of onset,Fugl-Meyer motor function score,modified Ashworth spasticity scale score and modified Barthel index score among the three groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.After treatment,Fugl-Meyer motor function scores,modified Ashworth spasticity scale scores and modified Barthel index scores were better compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that antagonistic muscle penetration,standing digital OT training and combined standing digital OT training could improve the upper limb motor function,upper limb spasm degree and daily living ability of patients on the basis of conventional drugs and rehabilitation treatment.3.After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer motor function scores,the modified Ashworth spastic scale scores and the modified Barthel index scores of the upper extremity were compared.There was no significant difference between the antagonistic myopenetration group and the standing digital OT group,while the antagonistic myopenetration group combined with standing digital OT group was superior to the antagonistic myopenetration group and the standing digital OT group in improving the score of upper limb motor function,the degree of upper limb spasm and the ability of daily living activities,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy among the three groups showed that the total effective rate of the antagonistic muscle penetration group was 70%,the total effective rate of the standing digital OT group was 73%,and the total effective rate of the antagonistic muscle penetration penetration combined with standing digital OT group was 92%,showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Between the antagonistic muscle penetration penetration group and the standing digital OT group there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy(P>0.05),while the antagonistic muscle penetration combined with standing digital OT group was better than the other two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe antagonistic muscle penetration,standing digital OT,penetration needling in Antagonistic muscles combined with standing digital OT can effectively improve upper limb movement function in patients with upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke,alleviate the degree of upper limb spasm,improve the ability of daily life activities,but the combination group training method curative effect is more significant,the total effective rate is higher. |
