Clinical Observation Of Yingsui Tonifying And Reducing Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Upper Limb Spastic Paralysis After Stroke

Objective:To observe the effect of Ying Sui Bu Xie method in treating spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke.Methods: Forty patients with spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group using Rand function,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group used the Ying Sui Bu Xie method combined with the method of Conventional acupuncture,while the control group was using the method of Conventional acupuncture.Both groups of patients received treatment once a day for 5 consecutive days a week for a total of 2 weeks.The changes of modified Ashworth Spastic Scale(MAS),Simplified Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA),and Modified Barthel Index(BI)were evaluated and recorded before and after treatment in both groups of patients,and then statistical analysis was performed and compared Total clinical effectiveness.Results: 1.After treatment,the MAS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the observation group decreased more than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 After treatment,the FMA scores of the two groups of patients were improved compared to before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the observation group improved slightly more than the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the BI scores of the two groups of patients were improved compared to before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the observation group improved slightly more than the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Both groups of patients have obvious effects,but the total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ying Sui Bu Xie method combined Conventional acupuncture and Conventional acupuncture method can effectively reduce the muscle tension of the affected upper limb after stroke,and improve limb motor function and activities of daily living.However,the Ying Sui Bu Xie method combined with Conventional acupuncture is better than the single method of Conventional acupuncture in reducing the muscle tension of the affected upper limb.
