Clinical Study Of Eye Acupuncture And Needle Rehabilitation For Treatment Of Lower Limb Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of treating spastic hemiplegia of lower limbs with eye acupuncture.Material and method: From December 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke who were admitted to the second department of encephalopathy rehabilitation,rehabilitation center of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine and met the inclusion criteria were selected,and the patients were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each by random number table method.The experimental group received eye acupuncture with acupuncture rehabilitation training,That is,the use of the eye needle hole area to bury the needle at the same time for rehabilitation training,training after the end of the needle.the eye acupuncture points were selected for Shangjiao area,Xiajiao area,liver area and kidney area.while the control group received normal rehabilitation training.Both groups were treated for 2 consecutive courses of treatment,each course of treatment for 5d,rest for2 d.The modified Ashworth spasm scale(MAS)score,lower limb fugl-meyer motor function scale(FMA)score and daily living ability assessment(MBI)Barthel index score were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical treatment to observe the recovery of lower limb function of the patients and compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results:1.Before treatment,gender,age,course of disease,modified Ashworth spasm score,lower limb fugl-meyer motor function scale score,and modified Barthel index score of the two groups of patients showed statistically insignificant differences after analysis(P>.05),indicating comparability.2.There were statistically significant differences in improved Ashworth spasm score,lower limb fugl-meyer motor function scale score and improved Barthel index score between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.05),suggesting that both treatment schemes could improve the lower limb spasm state of patients afterstroke.3.The experimental group was better than the control group in improving improved Ashworth spasm score,lower limb fugl-meyer motor function scale score and improved Barthel index score,with statistical differences after statistical treatment(P < 0.05).4.The total effective rate of the test group was 93.33% and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the test group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Eye acupuncture with acupuncture rehabilitation training and normal rehabilitation training can effectively improve the symptoms of lower limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke and improve the daily living ability of patients.2.The curative effect of eye acupuncture with acupuncture rehabilitation training in treating spastic hemiplegia of lower limbs after stroke is better than normal rehabilitation training.3.Eye acupuncture has the advantages of easy operation,small side effects,safety and feasibility.
