Objective：By observing the acupuncture works of du meridian acupoints and localpoint for the treatment of upper limb spasticity cerebral apoplexy to analyse and evaluatethe clinical curative effect and provide clinical basis for better improve the effect oftreatment.Methods：This study of60patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia after strokewere randomized controlled observation, all the patients signed the informed consent, andin accordance with the unified diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteriaare selected.60patients were randomly divided into transfer du cooperate with localacupuncture group (treatment group) and routine acupuncture group (control group).Sevenweeks after treatment the Ashworth scale to assess the degree of upper limb spasm,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale to assess limb movement function, Barthelindex scale to evaluate of daily life’s ability, Observe the degree of two methods oftreatment of limbs convulsion, limb motor function and the ability of daily life to improvethe situation.Results：The treatment group is higher than the control group about the effective ratein improving the upper limb spasm,The difference is Significant after statistics processing.Two groups of patients before and after treatment in Barthel index scale、Fugl-Meyermovement function score、Ashworth convulsion scale，The difference is Significant afterstatistics processing. In these three kinds of evaluation standard,Comparing the two groupsthe treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion：Transfer du cooperate with local acupuncture can effectively improveupper limb hemiplegia after stroke spasticity, significantly improve the limb movementfunction, curative effect is superior to conventional find out.
