Objective:In this study,to observe the effect of Flavored Sophora Powder on preventing pain, wound edema, hemorrhage and healing time etc.,after operation of mixed hemorrhoids with Dampheat injection. To provide clinical experimental data for the treatment of postoperative complications after mixed hemorrhoids operation from the perspective of clinical efficacy.Methods:82 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table. On the basis of routine preoperative and postoperative treatment, the treatment group was given the first day after the operation flavored sophora powder oraled, one dose per day,two times a day, half an hour after the morning and evening meal, for a total of 7 days.observe the anal pain, anal edema, wound bleeding on day 1,day 3 and day 7 of the two groups after operation, record the final wound healing time, and count the total curative effect. Results:Selected 82 patients,no cases fell off during observation. The general condition of the two groups of cases was compared,no significant difference, and the two groups were compared with the previous two groups of postoperative complications and the two groups were comparable. On day 1 and day 7,there was no significant difference in postoperative pain, edema and bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Postoperative 3 days, the two groups of wound pain, anal edema, wound bleeding were compared(P<0.05),there was a significant difference, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.the wound healing time was more different(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The total curative effect of the two group was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Flavored sophora powder can effectively relieve anal pain, prevent perianal edema and reduce bleeding after mixed hemorrhoids operation, and has a definite clinical effect in promoting wound healing. In this study,no adverse reactions, safety is good,it is worthy of clinical application. |
