| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tension balance electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture on hand dysfunction after stroke,and provide a new treatment idea and method for acupuncture on hand dysfunction in hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:70 patients with hand dysfunction after stroke were included in this study,and were randomly divided into experimental group and observation group with 35 patients in each group by number table method.Both groups received basic medical treatment after stroke.The control group received routine acupuncture once a day,30 min once,6 times a week,continuous treatment for 6 weeks.The control group was treated with tension-balancing electroacupuncture once a day,30 min once,6 times a week for 6 consecutive weeks.Brunnstrom hand motor function scale,modified Ashworth hand flexor group scale,modified Lindmark score and Barthel index(BI)scores were analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of tension balancing electrolysis for hand dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia after stroke was observed.Results:1.Brunnstrom hand motor function score: there was statistically significant difference in the improvement score between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and the evaluation degree of the experimental group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of the modified Ashworth(MAS)scale: there was statistically significant difference in MAS assessment before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in MAS assessment before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).The improvement degree of flexor spasm in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of modified Lindmark score: After treatment,the score of 2 groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.BI comparison: The scores of 2 groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy evaluation: The modified Lindmark score was used as the standard of clinical efficacy evaluation,and the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusions:Tension balance electric acupuncture can relieve spasm extent of hand flexor group,improve hand stretch muscles strength,shifting the balance of hand muscle tone to speed up the recovery separation hand movements,such as means and the means,promote the patient hand hold,take,twist,pinched daily actions such as form,effectively improve the cause dysfunction of stroke in patients with clinical symptoms,and compared with routine clinical acupuncture,curative effect is better,It has high clinical operability and repeatability and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
