Objective:Observe the clinical effect of exercise acupuncture combined with the penetration of Baxie on the treatment of post-stroke hand dysfunction.Compared with the conventional acupuncture,it provides a new and effective method for the treatment of post-stroke hand dysfunction.Methods:60 patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into exercise acupuncture group(treatment group)and conventional acupuncture group(control group),with 30 patients in each group. The two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture for 6 days and rest for 1 day per week.Treatment lasted for 4 weeks. This subject used Fulg-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Activities of Daily Living(ADL,Barthel Index)and Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS)as observation indexes, and determines the clinical efficacy according to Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS).Comparing the improvement degree of each index of the patients in the treatment group and the control group, the curative effect difference of above two treatment methods was confirmed by statistical data.Results:1.After treatment,Fulg-Meyer Assessment,Activities of Daily Living and Chinese Stroke Scale were improved in both groups, and compared with the score before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment, the improvement of the treatment group was more significant than the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.0% and 83.3% respectively. After treatment, the clinical effect of the treatment groups was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The effect of exercise acupuncture combined with the penetration of Baxie in treating post-stroke hand dysfunction is significant, and it is better than conventional acupuncture.2.It is feasible and effective to treat post-stroke hand dysfunction with exercise acupuncture combined with the penetration of Baxie, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
