| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of penetrating acupuncture from Waiguan to Neiguan and from Quchi to Shaohai combined with occupational therapy on patients with hand dysfunction after stroke and explore the advantages of "Complementary Acupuncture Points" in the treatment of the disease. And to optimize the rehabilitation plan for hand dysfunction after stroke. Methods:Sixty patients with hand dysfunction after stroke who hospitalized the Rehabilitation Department of Hebei Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese traditional and Western Medicine from October 2021 to November2022 were selected and according to random number table method, randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in the experimental group(off=1)and 30 cases in the control group(off=2).The control group received OT rehabilitation training, the treatment was given once a day,45 minutes each time. The experimental group received penetrating acupuncture from Waiguan to Neiguan and from Quchi to Shaohai combined with OT rehabilitation training. Both groups were treated for 6 days, rested for 1 day,and took 1 week as a course of treatment, with a total of 4 courses of treatment. The motor function of the affected hand(Fugl-Meyer Assessment score)and activity of daily life(Modified Barthel Index score)and function recovery level of the affected hand(Brunnstrom grading)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The data was collate and statistically analyze by SPSS25.0 statistical software, compared the curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.FMA score: Compared with before treatment, the FMA scores of patients in both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement degree in the experimental group was more obvious(P<0.01).2.MBI score: Compared with before treatment, the MBI scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Brunnstrom grading: Compared with before treatment, the Brunstrom grading of the the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,Brunstrom grading of the affected hand in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Clinical effect of penetrating acupuncture from Waiguan to Neiguan and from Quchi to Shaohai combined with OT rehabilitation training on hand dysfunction after stroke is better than OT rehabilitation training.2.Acupuncture at "Complementary Acupuncture Points" intervenes hand dysfunction after stroke, promotes the recovery of motor function of the affected hand, improves the ability of patients to take care of themselves in daily life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
