The Clinical Study Of Shangbaxie Acupuncture With Electrical Stimulation On The Hand Dysfunction After Ischemic Stroke In Convalescent Period

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic efficacy of shangbaxie acupuncture with electrical stimulation on the hand dysfunction after ischemic stroke in convalescent period.Methods60 patients of ischemic stroke in convalescent period accorded with the inclusive criteria were administered into observation group and control group(30 cases,each)in chronological order randomly.Both patients were given free protein serum of cow injection(20ml),Dan hong injection(20ml),routine acupuncture and rehabilitation exercise.The observation group,which received shangbaxie-deeped acupuncture with electrical stimulation and the controls were given Ba Xie acupoint.One week as a treatment course,each course of one day,overall treatment time were four courses.Before and after the course,their scores of modified Lindmark,range of motion,Brunnstrom level and BI index,were assessed and analyzed comparatively.Results1.Before treatment,the baseline datas(age,genderand,course of disease)of the two groups,there were not statistically significant differences(P>0.05),comparable.2.The evaluation : After treatment,the scores of modified Lindmark,range of motion,Brunnstrom level and BI index score increase obviously compared with before,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of the observations were markedly increased more than that in the controls,the differences were striking(P<0.05);3.There wasn't adverse reactions among the two groups in the observation period.ConclusionBoth shangbaxie-deeped acupuncture with electrical stimulation and Ba Xie acupoint can increase the scores of patients' hand dysfunction after ischemic stroke in convalescent period of modified Lindmark,range of motionn,Brunnstrom level and BI index obviously,but the former is better,more convenient to operate.For patients,had less painess and were easily accepted,with a better clinical use value.
