Clinical Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Treatment Of Stroke Hand Dysfunction

Objective Tthrough the control to evaluate the clinical effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy for hand dysfunction after stroke. Seeking a kind of effective, safe, simple, applicable TCM therapy for the disease.Methods According to the unified diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients diagnosed as stroke (including ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke) patients, according to the random grouping methodis, divided into wrist ankle acupuncture and routine treatment group.where in the wrist ankle acupuncture group of 30 cases,31 cases of conventional treatment group. Wrist ankle acupuncture treatment group combined with exercise therapy, occupational therapy, low frequency pulse therapy once a day,5 times a week; conventional treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with exercise therapy, once a day,5 times a week. The treatment period was 8 weeks. Respectively, before,4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment, unified MBI and Fugl-Meyer scale(upper part) score was used, to evaluate the safety, compliance and improvement of the symptoms in this situation.Results By the two rating table, wrist ankle acupuncture group compared before treatment, the difference was statistically significant at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.(P<0.05). The conventional treatment group in 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, had statistical significance compared with the score before treatment (P<0.05). Comparison between groups, at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment, wrist ankle acupuncture group and routine treatment group had no statistical significance (P>0.05). By 8 weeks of treatment, wrist ankle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and routine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on stroke hand dysfunction, compared effect quite, but the wrist ankle acupuncture treatment is less pain, good compliance.Conclusion Wrist ankle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and routine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on stroke to improvement hand dysfunction have obvious effect. Compared with wrist ankle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and routine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy for treatment of stroke, the effect is similar. But the wrist ankle acupuncture has the advantages of simple operation, little pain of patients, clinical value.
