Study On The Old-Age Service Of The Combination Of Medical And Health Care In Community

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China has experienced an inevitable and irreversible process of population aging.Aging is often accompanied by disability,the disabled elderly because of the ’ old ’ and ’ disability ’ double squeeze,determines it is a vulnerable group.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of the disabled elderly in terms of pension services and health services,China has continuously moved up the system of the “ coalition of medicine and health care” model at the policy level in order to achieve the integration of pension services and medical resources.However,in the past policy practice of the combination of medical care and pension,there are problems such as the difficulty of landing the combination of medical care and pension,and the superficiality of medical intervention.This research is based on the demonstration base of medical and health care of Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association and the demonstration project of medical and nursing integration in F Street Nursing Home.This paper innovatively uses PEST environmental analysis model deeply investigates how to coordinate the relationship between hospitals,nursing homes and communities in the process of promoting medical and nursing integration in F Street Nursing Home,give full play to the maximum advantages of each participant,and promote the effective allocation of medical and nursing service resources.This study consists of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research on the combination of medical care and maintenance by domestic scholars and the research on the long-term care system by foreign scholars.It introduces that this research takes the field survey method,questionnaire survey method and case interview method as the research methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the meaning of community medical support combination,and this research is based on welfare pluralism theory,governance theory and demand level theory.The third chapter analyzes the external development environment such as policy,economy,society and technology of the combination of community medicine and maintenance by using pest environmental analysis model.Based on the analysis of the external environment and the field investigation,the fourth chapter expounds the problems of the development of the combination of medical care and maintenance in F community,which are mainly reflected in the policy implementation,the imbalance of revenue and expenditure,the difficulty of medical insurance reimbursement,the insufficient supply of services,and the intelligent elderly care.The fifth chapter analyzes the causes of the combination of medical care and nursing in F community from five aspects: policy formulation,operation investment,social security support,talent training and intelligent elderly care.The sixth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of community medical care,including overall planning of medical care system,integrating resources,improving security policies,enriching medical care services,improving talent service level,and promoting the construction of intelligent elderly care data platform.
