Research On City Community Of Medical-Nursing Combined Care Services Development

China's aging population has entered a rapid development at the present stage,and accompanied by population aging,disability,empty nest as well as the trend of high incidence of chronic diseases,putting forward higher requirements on health care and spiritual culture as well as other social endowment services.Well,long-term health and pension service separation condition in the process of the pension has produced a series of pension and social problems,such as,serious imbalance between supply and demand of endowment service and the elderly diversified endowment service needs are not met,all of these has brought severe challenges to diversified pension service system.On this background,our government put health endowment demands of the elderly as the starting point,adhere to the concept of healthy pension,putting forward to implement and promote medical combination,in order to realize fully mix of endowment health resources and ensure the elderly can enjoy pension services and medical treatment service as well as the promotion of health equity.This article which based on the social background of the aging population the rising health care needs of the elderly population and adhere to the concept of healthy pension and the oretical basis of community care,has carried on the corresponding theoretical research and analysis to urban community medical combination of pension services.Community medical combination is based on community platform to the community's pension service centers,day care centers and other institutions and medical institutions to work together to achieve the integration and seamless link of medical and pension resources within the community,at the same time on the basis of the physical health and willingness of the elderly to provide a wide range of multi-level old-age care services for the elderly in the community,including life care,disease prevention,health care,treatment,rehabilitation,care and spiritual comfort and social participation that can improve life quality and meet health pension needs of the elderly.At the same time,on the basis of field investigation,this paper fully discussed the development status and the restrictive factors of the urban community medical combination,and put forward some suggestions on the basis of referencing andsummarizing foreign experience,including the diversification of endowment service supply,pension services marketization and industrialization,the collaboration between the various departments,the construction of professional talents team in old-age service,the information construction of old-age service,as well as to accelerate the long-term care insurance system and the “family doctor” system,which can advance community medical-nursing combination to develop and perfect continuously.
