Research On The Combination Of Medical Care And Elderly Care Services In T Hospital In S District, Shenyang City

According to the State Statistical Yearbook 2020,Liaoning Statistical Yearbook 2020 and Liaoning Province Statistical Bulletin 2020 on national economic and Social D evelopment,by the end of 2019,Communique of the Seventh National Population Census of Liaoning Province,China has 190 million people aged 65 and over,accounting for 13.50 percent.By midnight on November 1,2020,the population aged 65 and above in Liaoning Province had reached 7.417 million,accounting for 17.42 percent,and the population aged 60 and above had reached 10.954 million,accounting for 25.72 percent.The population aged 65 and over in Shenyang reached 1.397 million,or 15.47 percent,and the population aged 60 and over reached 2.098 million,or 23.24 percent.The proportion of people over 65 in Liaoning Province is 3.92 percentage points higher than the national average and belongs to the population ageing.Our country entered the population ageing in 2000,our aging is different from other countries in that the aging rate is fast,and the proportion of the elderly,disability and dementia is high.With the rapid increase in the number of the elderly population,the number of elderly people suffering from diseases is also on the rise.As a result,the demand of the elderly for medical resources is getting bigger and bigger,and they are faced with the severe problem of deep aging,it is difficult to meet the needs of the old people in the traditional family-supported old-age home The medical-supported old-age home has emerged as a new way to deal with the problem of old-age care.In the strategic policy of healthy China,the state proposes to combine the medical care of public hospitals with the old-age service model as one of the effective ways to safeguard the health of the elderly.With the key word combination of medical care,4056 articles were collected during the last ten years from March 1st,2011 to February 28th 2021 on website,scholars mainly from the rural old-age,old-age model,old-age services and old-age institutions to study the related content of the combination of medicine and care.However,there are few researches on the problems and countermeasures of the development of the combination of medical care and nursing care in the second-level public hospitals.By using the method of literature study,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper made a field investigation and interview to the staff of t hospital,nursing home and nursing home in s district of Shenyang.A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed,171 of which were recovered,and 162 of which were valid(84 for staff and 78 for Nursing Staff),with an effective recovery rate of 94.74%And combined with interviews with staff and family members to understand the hospital medical care combined with the development of satisfaction.Through the SWOT analysis of questionnaire and interview results,we found that the main problems existed in the service of combining medical care with old-age care in t hospital are:The low recognition degree of combining medical care with old-age care,the high price of combining medical care with old-age care in nursing home,the lack of professional medical staff and the small vacancy of promotion,the high mobility of nursing workers,etc..Secondly,drawing on the successful experience of combining medical care with old-age care at home and abroad,the author puts forward the improvement plan of t hospital from internal measures and external measures.The reason for the combination of medical care and old-age care in secondary public hospitals as an entry point is mainly because at present secondary hospitals exist in the mezzanine between the first-level community hospitals around the residents and the third-level hospitals with abundant medical resources,there are a lot of unused and wasted medical resources.At present,the combination of medical care and nursing care in the second-level public hospitals can effectively utilize the idle medical resources,improve the efficiency of the hospitals and provide more reliable medical resources for the elderly who need the combination of medical care and nursing care.Through the study of t hospital,I hope to put forward some suggestions for the development of the second-level Public Hospital.
