Study On The Service Of Combining Medical Care With Nursing Care In Community

Our country has entered the aging society in 2000.By the end of 2015,65 years old or older population has reached 130 million,accounting for more than 10% of the total population.The rapid development of the aging of the population has changed the population structure of China's traditional social mode,presents a challenge to China's traditional family pension mode,but also challenges the bearing function of China's social pension institutions.From the current number and function of pension institutions of our country,can not meet the rapid development of the number of aging population needs,and restriction of endowment cost,also makes the most of the elderly unbearable.Therefore,from the current situation of the development of pension services in our country or the level of personal income,the pension is still the first choice for the elderly in the community.Under the law of nature,the older people " associated with drugs and disease" as the life process,the need for "medical support combined" service form and function in the perspective of community care.Based on this understanding and understanding,the author explores and studies the form and content of "medical support" in the community endowment.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the following aspects by means of case analysis,comparative analysis and other scientific methods.First of all,introducing and analyzing the development of community medical supporting combined pension service is still in the initial stage.Exploring the characteristics of the development of Shanghai,Guangzhou and other pilot areas,and pointed out the problems such as services is not high degree of specialization of subject,service is not specific,the ways of service,service mechanism is not perfect,especially the industry has not yet formed independent and restricted the expansion of financing and service scale of pension funds.Secondly,researching and exploring of the United States,Japan,Singapore and other countries of the community medical raising combined with the pension service experiences,putting forward to perfect the system construction,standardized service personnel training mode,effective financing,strict supervision and management system should be extended to promote China's community medical support combined "the development of pension services.Finally,the article from the services of the main body,service content,service mode,service management and construction industry angle,on the full of implementation and development of the community,"medical support combined" pension services made specific rationalization proposals,which is led by the government to continuously improve and perfect the construction of laws and regulations;perfect the pension community as the main body service system;establish and develop a professional standard of service personnel;introducing the rules of market economy construction and development of community medical raising combined with the pension services,meeting the growing demand of social endowment.
