| Along with our country economy enters the new normal,urban development pattern has shifted from the incremental development for stock development,urban renewal work also is in a transition period of our country,both to face the current social situation,such as the rising cost of land and the area such as unbalanced development present situation,also want to update on the current city development idea of critical inheritance.We will update the size of the city from the big build turned to these trends fragmentation,closer to the people of the actual demand of the existing stock of urban environment to promote the micro update.This article,from a view of stock planning down to the research of the historical block transformation,focuses on analyzing micro update in the concrete design strategy of the historic blocks of memory space.On November 4,2021,the state ministry of general office issued the implementation of the first batch of the pilot city renewal notice,decided in 21 cities such as Beijing’s first two-year pilot urban renewal work.Xian in Shaanxi province was selected among them,as the history of Chinese ancient civilization,is of great importance since ancient times,all the administrative position and strategic position,and Ming city is located in xi’an city wall internal occupies very important position,deeply affects the xi ’an urban spatial structure and development direction in the future.Historical and cultural blocks,as urban history,custom order important carrier,as an important part of historical and cultural city in Xi ’an,its streets texture more Xi ’an expresses the unique historical culture and space characteristics.Under the background of the development of the era,Xi ’an Ming city blocks unknown quality significantly reduced,street space characteristic,public service problems such as lack of space and cannot meet the demand of people is very outstanding.The content of this article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,in the context of stock planning research put forward the research purpose and meaning,combing the domestic and foreign relevant theory research;Aiming at the existing problems of historic blocks,further defined the research content and research method,research framework is constructed,and laid the theoretical basis for expansion of the paper.The second chapter mainly for micro update basic theory research.Mainly through reading and summarizing method,the multi-angle study of micro renewal theory,the related theoretical research,the construction of the micro update mode has made the concept and the characteristic.Third chapter inside tian zi fang,Fu zhou three alleys and seven lanes in Shanghai and guang zhou he fang update reconstruction as an example,combined with the actual case research comparative analysis,historic district renewal provides referential results for the future.The fourth chapter of xi’an Ming city historic district has carried on the on-the-spot investigation and visit,in-depth summary and analysis,from two aspects of social status and space environment combed the xi’an Ming city historic district common problem.The fifth chapter as the core chapter of thesis,from the micro,meso and macro three spatial dimensions to periodically update the selected area.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect.Paper in order to rely on the system research of historic blocks,explore suitable for residential renovation strategy method of new era public demand.Expectations for xi’an historical block update practice provide certain guidance method.Figure [71] Table [34] Reference [51]... |
