Research On The Design Of "T+ Community" Cowork Space In Wuhan Optics Valley

The “T+ Community” cowork is the name of this research project.It is located in the “T+” New World Building of Wuhan Optics Valley New World.It is committed to creating a new ecological,new vitality and new art Optics Valley New Force Business Center.“T+ Community”conforms to the development concept of“T+”,and uses cowork as a commercial carrier to build a community-based cowork of ecology,vitality and art.Coworking is a brand-new office model.The biggest feature is the sharing of workstations and the flexible and open space.The people work and communicate here to complete their respective tasks.It is not just an office,it is more like a community.The generation of the network sharing platform affects people’s thoughts and lifestyles.Mobike,Uber,Aribnb,and salted fish are typical examples of transportation,accommodation,and second-hand items.China’s "mass entrepreneurship,innovation" policy encourages young people with ideas to join the entrepreneurial wave.The“Internet Plus”policy has also inspired innovation optimization and upgrading in traditional industries.Young and energetic entrepreneurs have increased,and the number of small and micro enterprises and freelancers has increased.In this context,China’s commercial office model began to develop innovatively.The cowork not only conforms to China’s economic development policy,but also provides free and comfortable office space for entrepreneurial teams,small and micro enterprises and freelancers.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which summarizes the research background,purpose,research status at home and abroad,research methods and framework.The second chapter expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of the coworking space design,compares the difference with the traditional office,studies the embodiment of the miniature community concept in the joint office,and the influence of the place spirit and nomadic office habits on the design of the joint office space.The third chapter analyzes the Wuhan Tugu Community “T+ Community” cowork practice project,project background,location analysis,and community principles for building“T+ Community”and design theme positioning.The fourth chapter is the design and practice part of the“T+ Community”cowork.From conception to scheme design to space effect,based on the micro-community design concept,the spirit of the place and the influence of nomadic culture,the “T+” ecology,vitality and art are constructed.The theme of community-based joint office,analysis of the social benefits brought by the follow-up.The fifth chapter is the summary of this study.It summarizes the shortcomings in the process of constructing“T+ community”and the prospect of the future.It is hoped that the community-based coworking model will receive attention.
