Research On The Design Of Community Micro Space Renewal In The Context Of Digitalization

Continuous urban renewal is transforming people’s community life,and as a unit carrier of urban renewal,the renewal design of micro space is the first choice for urban micro renewal practice.In terms of urban construction and renewal,micro space will present the following special significance: the stock of micro space presents great potential and can be flexibly laid out,and can provide services to more groups because it is located in various corners;micro space is mostly distributed in urban space that has not been efficiently utilized,and secondary development will not face many restrictions.Most of the research on urban micro spaces at home and abroad is at the stage of exploration and practice,and there is a lack of systematic theoretical research.However,there have been more in-depth researches on similar concepts such as urban public space and small public space.Studies on how digital methods can be applied to the renewal design of micro spaces have not yet appeared.This paper takes various micro spaces in Bajiaonanli Community,Shijingshan District,Beijing as the research object,and uses literature research method,case analysis method,PSPL research method and other methods to study them.Firstly,Chapter 2 identifies the concepts related to micro spaces and summarizes the main types and components of community micro spaces and the renewal design levels.Secondly,Chapter 3 presents the principles and methods of community micro space regeneration design,and summarizes the digital methods that can be applied in different stages of regeneration design.Based on the above principles and methods,Chapter 4 conducts a practical study of micro space renewal design in the Bajiaonanli community,using the PSPL research method to conduct field research on various micro spaces in the community and summarize the current problems of micro spaces.Finally,Chapter 5proposes the design ideas for the renewal of micro spaces in this community,applies some of the digital technology methods proposed in this paper for practice,verifies the feasibility of the methods,and finally forms certain design results.The correct and appropriate renewal design principles and methods can positively promote the renewal of community micro spaces.Therefore,the principles and methods of community micro space update are constructed to standardize the design,improve the quality of micro space,and summarize community micro space updates.The lessons learned are very important.In the context of digital methods becoming a major development trend in the field of architectural design and urban planning,digital methods are linked to the topic of urban regeneration "micro space regeneration design",which can be used to improve the design of the scheme and at the same time allow the public to really participate in the design of micro space regeneration through digital methods.
