With the continuous development of the world economic integration,every major enterprise is facing more and more fierce competition environment.Company X completed the integration in 2018 and became a unified management and integrated enterprise,however,in the process of enterprise development,the problem of internal personnel management has become increasingly prominent,which is embodied in the lack of enthusiasm and high mobility of personnel,etc..Based on this,combined with the company’s Development Status and strategic objectives,further put forward the corresponding incentive measures to better promote the sustainable development of enterprises.The research and analysis based on the psychological contract will help the staff to understand the present situation and the future prospect of the enterprise,and at the same time,the implementation of the incentive measures will play an effective role in mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff.In the process of practical research,this paper analyzes the case of x company.In the course of the research,firstly,the paper summarizes the existing domestic and foreign relevant research and literature,and expounds the status quo and existing problems of employee motivation development of company x at the present stage,the results show that the company’s incentive problems mainly include the promotion channel is not perfect,communication is not smooth,and the pay distribution is not fair,etc.,that is,different employees have different understanding about the incentive program,the company lacks internal competition consciousness,the current incentive program is not applicable to the company’s specific situation,etc.,this paper explores the motivation factors of x company based on psychological contract by means of questionnaire,and finally formulates the corresponding strategies and schemes,which are embodied in three aspects:Relationship Dimension,Transaction Dimension and development.In the process of exploring and analyzing the actual application and existing problems of employee motivation in x company,the paper is carried out with the related theory of psychological contract,at the same time,combining the concrete analysis results and existing problems,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions and schemes,which can improve the work enthusiasm and initiative of the staff,and at the same time provide effective solutions for the problem of staff mobility,at the same time,it also provides reference for the development of similar companies.
