Under the macroeconomic environment of the new normal of China's economy,more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the important position of human resources in the transformation of enterprises.They think that only when enterprises can better attract talents can they make enterprises move toward faster,more Good direction.However,the role of labor contract between enterprises and their employees,which are based on traditional economic interests,has gradually diminished their motivation in the current stage of human resource management.In order to retain qualified personnel,enterprises must find another way.Under this background,the contract with the implicit nature of the psychological contract gradually attracts people's attention.It can play an important guiding role in the employee's work attitude and work performance.Therefore,the relationship between the two Human resources management of the organization has a very important significance.This article first analyzes and clarifies the two-factor theory,the equity theory,and the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,which are closely related to employee's psychological contract and work performance.Based on the research method of the relationship between psychological contract and work performance at home and abroad,Prepare the psychological contract scale and work performance scale of grassroots employees in Tianjin Port,and then collect data in the form of questionnaires.Then the SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software was used to test the reliability and validity of the collected data,descriptive analysis,differential analysis and regression analysis.Through the analysis and discussion of the results of multiple data,it is concluded that there is a linear regression relationship between the psychological contract and the work performance of the grassroots employees in Tianjin Port,and there is a positive correlation between the transaction and relationship dimension in the psychological contract and the employee task performance.The three dimensions of transaction,relationship,and development in China are positively related to the peripheral performance of employees.It can be inferred from this that if companies can formulate an appropriate employee psychological contract implementation strategy based on this analysis result,it will be beneficial to Tianjin Port Corporation.Grassroots staff performance more efficient incentives and play.Finally,based on the above research results,according to the three dimensions of the psychological contract,we have targeted targeted improvement proposals for the improvement of psychological contract satisfaction and job performance of Tianjin port enterprise grassroots staff management departments.
