The statistical bulletin of the national economy and social development in 2015 shows that the construction industry is still one of the important pillars of China's economic development.But,the housing and municipal engineering production safety accident briefing of 2015 shows that in 2015 the national housing and municipal engineering production safety accidents are still frequent.The deep-seated reasons for these accidents are mostly lack of construction unit project management and contract management is the center of the project management.The project management centering owner management is facing a more severe impact.Practices show that it is unscientific to organize the structure of the infrastructure management by the owners themselves.A large number of over budget,delayed period,economic disputes,and even security projects are derived from the owner's lack of scientific organization and management model and a strong project management system,among which,contract management is a disaster area.Another side,project management assisting the owners in the management of the company is faced with the complexity of the project objectives,the project size and structure,the schedule,the organizational structure and the environment.Therefore,we will improve the project management system and enhance the comprehensive management of contract management to become the focus of project management.In this thesis,Acompany's construction project contract management is the research object and the contract management of the owner is perspective.Through the analysis of the case of XYi Di technological transformation project,the contract management design is carried out from the contract planning stage,the bidding stage,the execution stage and the ending stage,and the improvement plan for the contract management of the owner Y Yi Di technical transformation project is provided.This paper believes that the owner's contract management is mainly done with the contract management organizationsystem with the scale of the project.At the same time,it is equipped with the contract management system which is suitable for the scale of the project and the contract analysis,the planning and recording of the contract negotiation and the clear definition of the contract interface should be well done.At the contract execution stage,the contract changes and contract claims control should be managed well.Also,contract implementation process should be paid more attention,as well as the contracttracking,contract changes,the claim system,contract informationmanagement.Organize the post-evaluation of contract management,experience the advantages and disadvantages of management,extract the essence of management,learn management lessons then achieve the goal of contract management control.
