Our country’s epidemic prevention and control management has gradually tended to reduce its impact on people’s lives until it is fully opened up.Since then,the national economy has gradually recovered,people’s living standards have been improving day by day,and the load on the power grid has rapidly increased,even higher.With the increasing demand for electricity from the people,the scale of the power grid continues to expand,and the number of power transmission and transformation projects in the power grid is increasing.The initial planning of the projects is unreasonable,the depth of feasibility study reports is insufficient,economic and technological control is not in place,unsafe operations by construction units lead to frequent construction accidents,equipment selection does not meet requirements,and line losses increase,leading to a decrease in efficiency and other control risks gradually emerge.Against the backdrop of the great development of project management in China,power supply companies are gradually transforming their management of one of their key businesses,the transmission and transformation engineering project,into a modern engineering project management approach.By implementing risk management on power grid transmission and transformation engineering projects,companies can grasp project risk points in advance and prepare for them in the entire project process,and even avoid some risks,Assist in the fast,good,and smooth implementation of power grid transmission and transformation projects.Based on the above reasons,this paper focuses on risk management related to power grid transmission and transformation engineering projects.This study generally follows the following process: first,conduct on-site investigations and research on project examples,consult project contracts and project materials,organize expert seminars,collect experts’ opinions and opinions through questionnaires,identify project risks based on the past experience of professional technical personnel,and use the WBS-RBS method to construct a work risk coupling matrix to identify risk factors in the company’s engineering project process;Secondly,based on the identification results,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to construct a research model,calculate the weights of each factor using the model,and determine the impact of factors on risk based on the weights;Finally,industry experts and technical personnel should provide corresponding response suggestions for relevant risks based on their existing experience,and set highly feasible plans for the implementation of risk control work.This paper takes the power grid transmission and transformation project of ZB power Supply Company as the research object.Based on the risk management theory and the real data and situation of the project,it carries out practical research to help the company sort out 19 common risk factors such as project fund supply,investment budget,organization and coordination in the power grid transmission and transformation project.With the help of analytic hierarchy process,risk assessment is carried out from six directions of management,economy,technology,nature,society and policy,and relatively effective countermeasures and scientific management suggestions are put forward.It is found that risk points included in management,economy and technology have a great impact on the development and progress of engineering projects,while risk points included in nature,society and policy have a second impact,but can not be underestimated.The company shall strengthen the working ability of relevant management personnel,enhance the effectiveness of inter-company communication,and strictly implement the spirit of production safety,so as to improve ZB’s ability and level of risk management and control in such projects,improve the validity of project management,and provide corresponding reference for other users in the power industry to carry out risk management and control.
