| Because of the less restriction by environment,great reserve of coal mine,the maturity of power generating technology and the stability of power supply,coal power has become the most important constituent of the electric energy of China for quite a long time.However,compared with hydroelectric power,wind power,solar power,nuclear power and other new resources of energy,the waste gas from coal power brings terrible influence on the atmospheric environment.As the Industrialization process goes on,a great number of environmental problems have arisen,such as the frequent nationwide fog-haze weather,and therefore the mass of people and government attach great importance to the air pollution problem.In order to meet the requirements of the latest pollution prevention and control laws,H Thermal Power Plant imports electrostatic dedusting technology with travelling electrodes and is going to successively upgrade the electrostatic dedusting equipment in the four existing coal-fired units.This paper,firstly,introduces the background and significance of this research,the research actuality in China and abroad,and the general situation of electrostatic dedusting upgrading project in H Thermal Power Plant.Meanwhile,this paper formulates the work breakdown structure and Gantt Chart during construction,analyses the existing problems in the electrostatic precipitator No.1 which is upgraded already,and designs the risk analysis and aversion for the electrostatic precipitator No.3 which will be constructed soon.Secondly,the SWOT of this project is analysed in this paper,and the possible risks during construction are discriminated in method of Brainstorm,expert questionnaire,etc.Thirdly,according to the result of risk identification, Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)is applied to build the model of risk assessment,to calculate the weighted value of risk indicators,to rank the risks,and to illustrate how to deal with and response those risks.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole project and brings forth suggestion and view in the further research.Through the analysis on the risk assessment of the electrostatic dedusting upgrading project during construction in H Thermal Power Plant,this project could proceed smoothly.Moreover,this paper provides experience for other thermal power plant on similar project in the future. |
