With the rapid development of the national economy, project risk management has been prevalent in our work and life, and has become an important factor in the success and failure of projects. How to effectively control and manage project risks is of great significance to the success of the project. This study has comprehensively summarized the relevant theoretical basis of project risk management, given the concept of project management and its risk management, defined the content of project risk management, and made a detailed overview of its risk identification, analysis, evaluation, response and corresponding methods.Secondly, taking the boiler room renovation project of San Gou wine industry company as an example to carry out the research, the basic situation of the project was introduced first, and 9 risk factors were identified and analyzed by Delphi method. Then,on this basis, the risk evaluation of the boiler room renovation project of San Gou liquor industry company was carried out by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The risk factors were ranked from the perspectives of occurrence probability and risk loss. Finally, three key risk factors are pointed out and predicted according to the ranking results, and specific countermeasures are proposed accordingly. This study not only solves the problem of risk response in project execution, but also optimizes the plan of transformation project, ensuring the safety and rationality of the project. At the same time,it also provides the reference basis for the similar project risk management work, which has a strong reference value. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical and practical significance. There are 5 figures,17 tables and 64 references in this paper.
