| Road construction project is an important part of urban construction,which plays a vital role in economic development.In recent years,China’s road construction projects have developed rapidly.Many scholars have conducted systematic research on the risk management of road construction projects and obtained many research results.However,there are still many deficiencies in the risk management of many road construction projects.Road engineering construction projects are characterized by long construction period,large investment,great difficulty,and outstanding safety problems.There are many risk factors in the road construction stage.If these risks are not given enough attention and scientific management,it will bring huge losses to road engineering projects.Therefore,risk management is particularly important for road construction projects.The risk management research in the construction stage of road construction project can effectively reduce the project construction risk and reduce the loss caused by the project risk.Based on the theory of risk management,the application of qualitative and quantitative combination methods,with W road engineering construction project as the research object.Firstly,the general situation of W road engineering construction project is introduced,and the characteristics of the road engineering project are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the project and its internal and external environment,according to the project risk management process,brainstorming method and flow chart method are used to identify the risks of W road construction project,and the risk factors are summarized.On the basis of risk identification,a specific risk evaluation system is constructed,and two methods of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to evaluate risks,the weight of each risk factor is calculated and the risk degree of each risk factor is obtained.Lastly,corresponding risk control measures should be adopted on the basis of corresponding risk factors to help W road engineering construction project to avoid risks scientifically in the construction stage.According to the risk identification during the construction phase of the W Road Construction Project,the risks during the construction phase of the project are divided into four categories:policy risk,financial risk,safety risk,and technical risk,with a total of 13 risk factors.After evaluating these 13 risk factors,it can be seen that safety risks have the greatest impact on the project,followed by financial risks,technical risks,and policy risks.Using the risk identification and evaluation results,the corresponding risk control countermeasures are put forward to help the contractor of W road engineering construction project to detect the construction risks in advance and take good response measures,which can further improve the risk management awareness of the construction party,and reduce the possibility of risks and hidden dangers in the construction process of W road engineering construction projects. |
