| With the development of colligate allure in China,The application of brand new technologies which is applying to domestic construction of the underground Pipeline.The characteristics of intellectualization,integration and complexity in the design and construction phase of pipeline galleries are also showing up.In the process of project implementation,the emergence of various risks has brought vital challenges to the project objectives.This paper is based on the Internet of Things project of a underground pipeline being participated in,Integrating the knowledge and theory of risk management into the actual construction of the project to enhance the whole risk control capability of the proj ect.This paper introduces the background of an integrated underground pipeline with Internet of Things project at first,and takes the project implementers within the company as the core,at the same time integrates some external resources.The risk identification method of brainstorming is used,and the conclusions are drawn through the discussion at the meeting.After the conclusion is analyzed and refined,the risk identification table is obtained according to the qualitative analysis.Secondly,in terms of the characteristics of the project and the merits and demerits of risk assessment methods,the risk factors in the project are analyzed by combining subjective scoring method,risk matrix method and analytic hierarchy process.At the same time,the results of risk are quantitatively analyzed to determine the best construction scheme.Finally,on the basis of the results of risk assessment,the coping strategy are adopted for different risks factors of the project.Go through the comparative analysis of the actual operation of the project,the practicability and operability of the research in this paper are proved to certain extent.It has certain reference significance for the risk management of similar proj ects in the future. |
