Research On Risk Management Of KB Expressway Project

Due to the large scale of capital investment,the long payback period of funds,and the relatively complicated relationship between rights and obligations,the urban express road project makes the project participants face different risks at each stage of the project.Comprehensive management of risks is a problem that project participants must face.While realizing urban development planning,Keshi will face more construction projects of the same type.Appropriate and effective risk management methods can be used in the project construction process to better accomplish project goals and improve project benefits..In this context,it is of great significance to conduct risk management research on the KB expressway project.This article takes the KB expressway project as the research object,based on the research of domestic and foreign risk management literature,applies risk management theory,combines the actual situation of the KB expressway project,and based on the investor’s point of view,through the expert survey method,identified 5 Based on the risk sources and 12 risk factors,a risk evaluation index system including 5 primary indicators and 12 secondary indicators was constructed.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each risk factor,and then use the fuzzy evaluation model to evaluate the project risk.It is concluded that the overall risk evaluation level of the project is medium risk,among which construction risk is high risk,management risk and credit risk are medium risk,and economic risk and force majeure risk are low risk.Finally,based on the actual situation of the KB expressway project,formulate countermeasures for various risk factors,and monitor the risk management of the project.The research results of this article,on the one hand,are beneficial to the investors of the KB Expressway project to correctly recognize the risk management problems in the project implementation process,so as to better avoid risks.On the other hand,it also provides a certain reference and reference for the risk management of urban express road projects in Keshi in the future.
