| The competitive environment for domestic companies in China,with its swift expansion of the market economy,is intensifying.To remain competitive in the intense market rivalry and attain long-term,secure growth,a business must cultivate and enhance its own team aptitudes,refine its personnel’s professional ethics,abilities,and standards of behavior,in order to more effectively confront intricate market rivalry;the fierce competition between companies is gradually transforming into competition in human resources.The competitiveness of a company is heavily influenced by employees’ attitudes,values,loyalty,and other factors.In recent years,Chinese enterprises have been investing more in talent to bolster their own competitive edge.The long-term success and failure of a company is dependent upon the aptitudes,capabilities,and know-how of its personnel,and this is directly linked to the company’s future prospects.As globalization progresses and the market economy takes shape,workers in the labor market have more options in their careers than ever before,and they also have more demands on the companies they work for.The amalgamation of multiple elements has caused a growing concern of personnel depletion in businesses,which can detrimentally affect the endurance of business operations.This paper,taking G Company as its research object,amalgamates pertinent literature and studies from both domestically and internationally,with theories of employee loyalty.As market rivalry intensifies and customer requirements evolve,the former management model and personnel composition of G Company have also undergone considerable transformations.The company’s business has been impeded to a certain degree by the absence of management methods and systems that are able to adjust to the current era,owing to its rather traditional management model.From theory to practice,this paper builds a structural system of influencing factors of employee loyalty in G Company.Aiming at the problem of how G Company can improve employee loyalty,thereby retaining talents and stimulating employees’ work initiative,this paper uses questionnaires and interviews to explore the issue of employee loyalty in G Company,identify the main influencing factors that lead to the decline of employee loyalty in G Company,and take targeted and effective improvement measures,The purpose is to enhance the team cohesion of G Company,improve employee loyalty,stabilize and improve organizational performance,thereby further improving the operational status of G Company,and ultimately achieving its vision of sustainable,healthy,and stable development.It is my wish that this paper’s research results will provide us with a more profound insight into the issues of employee loyalty in current businesses,thus providing us with valuable knowledge and inspiring us to bring our ideas to other similar companies. |
