The loyalty of employees in the development of an enterprise has an important impact on the building of the talent team.The higher the loyalty of the employees,the more stable the workforce of the enterprise,the faster the development of the enterprise,and the lower the difficulty of the construction of the talent team.According to the current enterprise development reality,employee loyalty has become a key factor affecting the quality of enterprise development.Based on the actual development of the enterprise,the issue of employee loyalty is discussed,and special research is carried out,which is important for improving employee loyalty and grasping correct human resource management ideas.Significant influence.This article summarizes the latest research theories and opinions on loyalty through related literature review,combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Lantian Driving School,and focuses on the analysis of the current driving school employee loyalty factors.Combining the current influencing factors,the evaluation model is designed for Jiangxi Blue Sky Driving School,and employee loyalty indicators are established from the three perspectives of enterprise,employees and society,and the indicator weights are determined.Using a 7-level questionnaire survey method to understand the current driving school employee loyalty and calculate the scores of each indicator and calculate the average value of each indicator.Finally,the employee loyalty score of the Blue Sky Driving School in Jiangxi Province is 4.63 points,which is at a medium level.According to the current evaluation results,combined with the specific index score details,it is found that the main factors affecting the loyalty of the employees of the unit are from several aspects,mainly including the development prospects of the employees,remuneration and working environment.Aiming at the reasons for the current problems,it is proposed to adopt a series of scientific and reasonable measures to build a stable talent team for the entire enterprise,so that employee loyalty can become a favorable factor to promote the development of the enterprise,and to ensure that the loyalty of employees in the development of the enterprise can meet expectations aims.The main measures include:taking effective management measures according to the requirements of employee loyalty and the characteristics of employee loyalty,ensuring that the loyalty of the company’s employees can meet the requirements of corporate talent construction,improving the corporate environment,increasing the construction of corporate culture to increase the sense of belonging of employees,and Sense of honor,improving the company’s salary system,etc.
