In the 21st century,the development of the automobile industry is getting better and better,and people's living standard is getting higher and higher.With the advantage of abundant labor resources and low cost,China has seized the opportunity and realized the continuous expansion of industrial scale and extremely rapid development with the advanced technologies imported from other countries,thus becoming one of the important countries in the world's automobile economic system.With the maturity of users' consumption psychology,the operation mode of 4S stores was born,and some automobile maintenance companies were transformed to become 4S stores integrating pre-sale,in-sale and after-sales services.With the increase of 4S stores,the struggle within the industry is more and more fierce.On the face of it,these battles are between brands or products.They are essentially people's battles.The level of employee loyalty has a very important impact on the performance of the enterprise,and will seriously affect the survival and development of the enterprise.Wang yangming's thoughts are a perfect complement to Confucianism.He has studied philosophy and made some achievements in military affairs,and his articles are praised by later generations.He established a set of the most comprehensive,the most complete ideological system for future generations to learn from.Later generations sorted out his thoughts,summedup a set of thoughts about the human mind,as the most important content for management.In wang yangming's thought,not only contains how to conduct oneself,but also has certain guiding significance to the enterprise selects and employs persons and the enterprise culture construction.This paper mainly studies the influencing factors of employee loyalty in public companies,and proposes promotion strategies from the perspective of yangming psychology.The writing of this paper is based on the theoretical basis of the postgraduate courses,and has read a lot of literature.The survey methods adopted in this paper are mainly questionnaire and interview.The results show that the loyalty of employees in many companies is not high,and the influencing factors mainly include salary and welfare,working environment,corporate culture and so on.Based on the application of yangming xinxue in enterprise management,this paper puts forward some solutions to improve the loyalty of employees.
