In recent years,with the rapid rise of China’s economy,the manufacturing industry has also ushered in a rapid development.Competition among enterprises will also become increasingly fierce,but after many times of rapid development,most enterprises will often appear human resource management crisis: difficulty in recruiting,training and retaining excellent talents.To solve these problems and improve employee satisfaction undoubtedly become an important reference index.If the company wants to maintain a healthy and stable development,it must pay more attention to employee satisfaction.For this reason,this study focuses on ZD Machinery Company,which is mainly engaged in auto parts production.The research on employee satisfaction is mainly carried out from the following three aspects :(1)study and sort out the theories of employee satisfaction,analyze the viewpoints of domestic and foreign scholars on influencing and improving employee satisfaction,carry out field research on the company and design questionnaires.(2)SPSSAU software was used to carry out reliability,validity,difference,correlation and ridge regression analysis on the four dimensions of work itself,working conditions,working groups and work return that affect employee satisfaction.(3)According to the analysis and research results,the overall satisfaction level of ZD employees is "satisfied",but the satisfaction level of working conditions and work return is low.Finally,according to the existing problems of ZD Company,formulate methods to improve employee satisfaction.Of course,there are some shortcomings in the research of this paper,such as the failure to cover the former employees,the limitation of the research target to a single case company and the failure of the research method to carry out higher level research.
