With the rapid development of society and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,managers have gradually realized the primacy and importance of human resource management in enterprises,and regard employees who continue to create value as the source of enterprise development.The pursuit of business development is to maximize the benefits,and the primary task of maximizing the benefits is to improve the satisfaction of employees,to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to tap their personal potential,to find a balance between personal interests and collective interests,to achieve personal and Mutual benefit and win-win between enterprises.Through the employee satisfaction survey and evaluation analysis,enterprise managers will know the problems which exist in the enterprise environment and management and find right way to solve the potential crisis problem in enterprise development.As a wholly state-owned airline directly under the jurisdiction of the central government,C company is committed to build a world-class aviation service system that is “employee love,customer choice,shareholder satisfaction,and social trust.” Today,facing a highly competitive market environment,companies Human resource management also gradually enhances employee satisfaction as the focus of work.Employees are the link between internal and external emotional connections.They are both practitioners of culture,spokespersons of brands,potential maintainers of customers,and potential solutions for consultation and advice.In the face of the future,C company is taking a new step of innovation and transformation.We are striving to realize the transformation from traditional air carrier to modern aviation service integrator,and strive to create “employee love,customer preference,shareholder satisfaction,social trust”.Excellent enterprises,with precise,exquisite and precise services,create a wonderful experience for travelers all over the world.This article takes C company as an example,firstly expounds the background of employee satisfaction improvement of C company,based on the relevant theory and literature review of employee satisfaction,combined with the specific situation of C company organizational structure system and salary status,using analytic hierarchy process determine the weight of the employee satisfaction evaluation index system,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score the employee satisfaction status,through the preliminary results to find out the problems affecting the employee satisfaction of the C company,and external reasons in order to create a good communication environment,the improvement of the management staff's working methods,the improvement of the enterprise salary and welfare system and the optimization of the employee training development mechanism propose corresponding improvement measures and suggestions to improve employee satisfaction.
