Research On Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Beaded Park Along Inland River In Fuzhou City

The layout of Chinese park green space lags behind that of other cities for a long time.All kinds of parks are mostly distributed in the form of "individual" in the city,and few are connected with other parks,green space or natural landscape resources through linear corridors such as greenways and rivers from the perspective of the whole and system into a complete park green space system.The beaded park along the inland river in Fuzhou City is to make up for the vacancy of the overall park green space system layout.Through the urban inland river and riverside greenway,the park,green space and square distributed along the river are connected to form a complete river beaded park system.The purpose of this study is to take the beaded park along the inland river of Fuzhou as the research objective,start from the actual management of the beaded park,comprehensively use the literature research method,field research method,etc.,based on the current management status and effectiveness of the beaded park,and analyze the problems existing in the management process.The problems are mainly reflected in the inadequate preparation of the preliminary planning,the mismatch of financial expenditure standards,the unclear management structure and the confusion of management,and the low efficiency of greening law enforcement.Based on the theory of public goods,public governance theory and other theoretical knowledge,the management of the inland river beaded park was deeply thought,analyzed and studied,and the concept of people-centered planning was put forward to establish a multi-department planning coordination mechanism.Establish fund guarantee system,raise afforestation maintenance cost standard appropriately;Perfecting the legal construction of urban landscaping;Establish the management mode of government based and multi-party participation;Strengthen the construction of green professional team,from the preliminary planning,fund security,legal system construction,management mechanism,professional team construction,combined with the management situation,local humanistic factors,explore a more suitable and scientific management method of beaded park along the inland river in Fuzhou.
