A Study On Public Governance Mechanism Of Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Palace Site

In the urban public governance, the management and protecting of historical and cultural heritages, ancient sites are facing new challenges and opportunities for the development of urbanization and the main body of governance’s reform.The City of Hangzhou in the practice of urban governance, constantly participation in the main body of innovation. Through the operation of the corporate social entities, it was achieved obvious effective promotion in many different fields, such as the West Lake, Xixi Wetland comprehensive protection; tea industry; silk dress industry; the city-university cooperation. It also introduced corporate social entities into the management and utilization of great site, to promote the comprehensive protecting and utilizing great sites like Liangzhu site and Southern Song Dynasty imperial palace site.In this paper, we based on the social composite subject governance theory and great site protection theory, combined with the present situation of the management of the Southern Song Dynasty imperial palace site, to analyzed the mechanism, role and practice effect of corporate social entities in Southern Song Dynasty imperial palace site’s management and utilization. Then summarized the problems in the self localization, personnel and action mechanism, division of responsibilities or other aspects, also described the important enlightenment for the management of other large sites in urban areas.
