Study On Site Creating Of Community Park Based On Public Behavior

The economic development of China has led to the process of urbanization. Great changes have also taken place in the form of urban space. Especially since the 90’s of 20th Century, the development of real estate economy has fundamentally changed the layout model of our urban residential from the original living group to residential model. This makes the city residential area residents less communication, and leads to uneven distribution of resources. In order to solve these two problems, the government had advocated "community building" since 1991, mainly included the construction of community public service facilities and based space environment.As a cross of the two elements of construction, community park is an important standard to measure the level of community construction. As outdoor public space which gives service to the community people in daily life, it eases phenomenon of city residents’staying away from the natural environment and the neighborhood desalination. At the same time, as "close fitting park" in residential area, Community Park is not only of the highest frequency of use, but also of the highest accessibility in our busy daily life. Nevertheless, usage of the Community Park are not up to the design expectations. Accompanied by the misuse of space, the use of the site is inefficient To meet the recreational needs of residents in city community park, the design should be based on the rational analysis of the user requirements. And then, the designer should determine the reasonable function of Community Park. It is advisable that the site design should be combined with local cultural characteristics. Therefore, to meet the community public behavior, this paper does a research to the design of Community Park area.First of all, based on the inspection and analysis of relevant literatures and examples of the community park planning at home and abroad, this paper researches on the concept, classification, service object, function, feature and design tasks of Community Park. As the basis theory of in-depth study, the paper will also research the landscape recreation science, landscape design aesthetics, botany, landscape design and other related disciplines theory.Secondly, the paper selects four Community Park in Fuzhou to research activities demand of visitors and field situation. The research concludes visitors’ composition, source, demand and utilization of community park. To analyze the survey results, the research will use mathematical statistics and theoretical analysis.Finally, the paper summarizes four design principles, to meet the public needs, to create a comfortable environment, make full use of space, enhance community and cultural connotation are included. With regard to the overall layout, the paper summarizes community park lacation, conception and partition. Based on the functions and features of community park, the paper summarizes the principle and method of the design of plaza, sports venues, the children activity space, open space, road, water, plant. The treatment method of relationship between different fields is also put forward. At length, according to the characteristics of Community Park scale, the paper proposes a method to make full use of the space reasonably, approaching a fuzzy space, site mixed use, using the boundary space are included.
