In today’s work environment,organizations rely on upward communication among employees,and enterprises encourage employees to put forward voice behavior.Most employees put forward promotive voice behavior,which is of great help to enterprises to optimize their own management system,improve production efficiency,and promote sustainable development of enterprises.Especially for blue-collar employees in enterprises,they are the most direct and major participants in the production process.Voice behavior proposed by blue-collar employees can to a large extent,directly reflect the problems in the production process,so as to put forward more suitable optimization schemes and directly improve the overall production efficiency.This study the intermediate role played by organizational motivation and promotive voice behavior.In addition,previous studies have shown that work engagement has an impact on organizational identification,so the influence of work engagement on organizational motivation,organizational identification and promotive voice behavior is further discussed.In the first study,146 blue-collar employees from Kunshan Automobile industry in Suzhou,Jiangsu,China were randomly selected as the survey objects,and reliability and validity of organizational motivation,organizational identification and promotive voice behavior scale were tested,and the correlation among the three was explored.The results showed that: 1)Organizational motivation,organizational identification and promotive voice scale had good reliability and validity.2)There are significant positive correlations among organizational motivation,promotive voice behavior and organizational identification.In the second study,460 blue-collar employees in kunshan Automobile industry in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province were randomly selected as the survey objects to explore the relationship between organizational identification and promotive voice behavior,as well as the relationship between work engagement and organizational motivation,organizational identification and promotive voice behavior.The results show that: 1)Organizational identification plays a mediating role in organizational motivation and promotive voice behavior;2)The mediating effect of organizational identification will be moderated by work engagement.In the third study,the interview method of qualitative research method was adopted to conduct in-depth interviews with 12 blue-collar employees in the automobile industry to explore the relationship between organizational motivation,organizational identification,job engagement and promotive voice behavior.The results show that 1)Organizational motivation has a positive effect on promotive voice behavior 2)Organizational identification has a positive effect on promotive voice behavior,3)Job engagement has a positive effect on organizational motivation,4)Job engagement has a positive effect on organizational identification.In this paper,we verify the moderated mediation model of the influence of organizational motivation on promotive voice behavior,that is,organizational identification plays a mediating role between organizational motivation and promotive voice behavior,and work engagement can moderate the relationship between organizational motivation and promotive voice behavior.
