| In recent years,due to the impact of the epidemic,the development environment of China’s market economy has gradually shown new development characteristics,but also faced with new contradictions and challenges.The external development pressure of enterprises has increased,resulting in the increasing work pressure of employees,which has caused some adverse effects on the normal development of the enterprise and the work efficiency of employees.As one of the important components of enterprise management,organizational fairness has an indispensable impact on the work performance of employees and even the core competitiveness of enterprises.Combined with the current domestic and foreign organization fair related theory and research on the basis of research results,focus on the relevance of organization fair and work performance research,using the organization of fair theory and social exchange theory,for the fair development of enterprises and institutions at all levels and work performance to provide certain guidance and help,managers can understand and grasp the influence mechanism of staff performance fairness,to find out the core factors affecting staff work performance,and targeted to take corresponding solutions to improve staff’s work performance.Therefore,this paper has great practical significance for the study of the impact of organizational fairness on work performance.Based on the actual situation of the development of Company A,this paper deeply investigates and analyzes the correlation between organizational fairness and work performance,which can help enterprises to find the main problems affecting the improvement of work performance,and improve the performance incentive effect of enterprises by optimizing organizational fairness.Using questionnaire survey A company employees organization fair and the actual present situation of work performance,combined with the questionnaire survey results for statistical analysis,using SPSS software to survey data reliability validity analysis and descriptive statistical analysis,in-depth analysis in organization fairness and work performance of the main problems and deficiencies,to formulate corresponding Suggestions,hope to help A company to improve organization management,improve organization fairness and work performance.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)among the three dimensions of the sense of organizational fairness proposed in this paper,There is a high degree of correlation among distribution fairness,procedural fairness and interactive fairness;(2)The sense of organizational fairness,distribution fairness and interactive fairness have a positive correlation with work performance;(3)The sense of organizational fairness and the three dimensions of distribution fairness,procedural fairness and interactive fairness have a positive correlation between the task performance and relationship performance in work performance;(4)Sense of organizational fairness,distribution fairness and interactive fairness have the ability to predict work performance,The sense of organizational fairness and the three dimensions of distribution fairness,procedural fairness and interactive fairness have the ability to predict each dimension of work performance. |
