With the slow growth of China’s automobile market in recent two years,diversification and fine management have become an important form of profit growth for automobile dealer groups.The current situation of Top 100 automobile dealers shows that,on the premise that the industry concentration is further improved and the profit of new car sales is not greatly improved,it has become an important part of improving the profitability of automobile dealers to make profits from diversified business,such as insurance,finance and used cars,in the automobile after-service market.Faced with the continuous decline in sales profit margin,the introduction of new automobile sales management policies,and the impact of new business models such as Internet direct sales,the traditional 4S store business model has begun to be questioned,and automobile dealers can only survive in the transformation.Taking A dealer group as an example,this paper emphatically discusses how to establish an organizational structure adapting to diversified development for automobile dealers with certain scale effect while continuously enlarging and strengthening the industry.By designing a reasonable organizational model and implementing effective organizational changes,it can not only effectively improve the efficiency of internal management,but also actively improve the efficiency of internal management.Adapt to changes in the external competitive environment.By actively discussing the solutions to the organizational structure design of the industry,we can promote the transformation and development of China’s top 100 automobile dealer industry under the new situation,in order to better face the challenges of industry competition and sustained growth of profits,and maximize the value of organizational resources and organizational performance.
